Delta's Early Out Details
Just got the details from my aunt in the mail today - I got a couple things wrong but boy did they get a good program. 

There are actually two programs going - a 60-point Retirement Program and an Early Out Program. Both provide:

• Severance pay
• 3 months medical, dental and vision insurance
• Paid out unused vacation
• Flight benefits after leaving the company 

Wait until you read the highlights. No wonder AFA is not sharing this information with the NWA FAs. I have a feeling they wouldn't want us to compare this program with the "sort of" early out that was included with the bankruptcy agreement.

Best of all, the Delta Flight Attendants didn't have to give up ANYTHING to be offered these programs. Makes you think, doesn't it.
